A common version of rope bondage is the hog tie.

In farming, a hog tie is when the farrmer uses rope to tie or lash together all four of the hog’s legs, rendering it unable to run away, attack, or resist. The hog tie serves the same purpose with human sissies, except that the arms and legs are tied together behind the back rather than in front.

There is a great deal of variation in hog ties for sissies (and other humans). The most common actually doesn’t bring the arms and legs fully together, but rather the wrists are bound and the ankles are bound, then a short piece of rope is run from the wrist ropes to the ankle ropes. The shorter the rope, the more severe the hog tie. It is also common to bind the knees as well.
