Lipstick can be an important part of the sissy experience. Lipstick helps make a sissy’s lips look plumper, fuller, more kissable, and more feminine.

Use pencil or brush lip liner to outline the lips, then fill in with lipstick. Normally the lips are outlined at the edges of the actual lips, but sometimes sissies exaggerate by outlining rounder, more feminine lip shapes. Be careful not to go so far as to make clown lips. Typically the lip liner is a shade darker than the lipstick. Sometimes it is in a different color, such as lip liner in blue to set off vivid red lipstick or various urban grunge combinations.

Normally the lipstick color matches or closely approximates the fingernail and toenail polish color and color coordinates with the eye shadow, rouge, wig, and clothing.

Sissies tend to wear bright reds or bright pinks. Muted colors go with business and formal attire, while urban grunge colors go with punk grrl [yes, that is grrl], biker girl, slut, and whore costumes. Bright reds and pinks also work with slut and whore clothing.

The term lipstick lesbian can apply to either a genuine girl lesbian who is utlra-feminine or a sissy who engages in a lesbian relationship while keeping her penis in her panties (or locked in a male chastity).
